For me the answer to that simple question is easy, it keeps me in a space of infinite joy, love, faith and peace. I can truthfully say that BEingness has been tested over the years, pushed and pulled. All of the “challenges” have been blessings to help me grow the BEingness muscle.
Stress, Anxiety, Depression and Suicide continue to rise, despite our awareness and knowledge. Is everyone waiting for the magic pill? Hoping that someone will come in to make it all go away? Or, is there a thought process that allows one to turn away believing the reality will disappear.
Take a peak at what came up for me with a simple Google search about Stress –

BEingness is simply a practice to bring you back home to the truth that You are ENOUGH, You are WORTHY, You are already PERFECT in each moment. There is nothing you need to Fix, just BE. As you choose to live from this BEing place you will open up to the flow of your path. Life will start to unfold for you with less stress, fear and worry.
You did not get to where you are today overnight – SO do not expect to build the BEingness muscle overnight either. You have been practicing and living a Reactionary Life for a long time! Shifting into a life of BEing takes practice, awareness and choice. It is a mindful process, that requires you to connect with yourself. Opening up to the truth of the moment free of attachment, expectation or judgment.
