I hope that you enjoyed this week as much as I did. The NBC practice is always a good reminder for me. As humans we tend to make everything so complicated, stressful and chaotic, when all we need to do is Notice, take a long deep Breath and then Choose how we want to BE. I know it sounds too simple, don’t believe me – try it consistently for the next 21 days and see what results you get. Print out as many of the worksheets from Vlog 1 to document the journey, explore the patterns and witness the behaviors through a new awareness.
